📦 Returns & Refunds – The Quick Version
We want your Unibox to be perfect every time. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
- Damaged or wrong item? Let us know within 7 days and send us a quick photo.
- Our mistake? We’ll send you the right item or give you a full refund.
- Change of mind? Sorry—since our boxes are packed just for you (and often contain personal-use items), we can’t take them back.
- Bedding, kitchenware, and toiletries can’t be returned once opened (for hygiene reasons).
